DR. ERNESTO LEE
Dr. Lee is an internationally renowned Master Clinician and educator in the fields of Implant and Esthetic Dentistry. He is a dual trained specialist, and the former Director of the prestigious Periodontal Prosthesis/Fixed Prosthodontics Postgraduate Program, and a Clinical Professor at Penn Dental Medicine.
Dr. Lee is one of the Delaware Valley’s pioneers in Implant Dentistry, having founded the Temple University Dental Implantology Center in 1989, the first of its kind in the Philadelphia Metropolitan Area. He was also Director of the Penn Postdoctoral Implantology Fellowship, teaching advanced techniques to other specialists from around the world.
An accomplished author and prolific speaker, Dr. Ernesto Lee counts with over thirty publications to his credit; and more than 200 presentations to professional organizations in the United States, Europe, Asia and Latin America. He has lectured before the the most prestigious organizations in the world, including the Academy of Osseointegration, American Academy of Periodontology, American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons, European Academy of Esthetic Dentistry, American Academy of Esthetic Dentistry, American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, International Symposium on Periodontics and Restorative Dentistry, and the Greater New York Academy of Prosthodontics.
Dr. Lee is a native of Panama, where he graduated summa cum laude and served as class Valedictorian at the University of Panama. He subsequently completed specialty training in Periodontics and Periodontal Prosthesis/Fixed Prosthodontics at the University of Pennsylvania. Dr. Lee’s private practice is located in Bryn Mawr, Pennsylvania; a Philadelphia Main Line suburb. Established in 1995, it continues to provide world-class Implant and Esthetic Dentistry to a discriminating and quality conscious clientele.
Dr. Lee is married to Dr. LynAnn Mastaj, an orthodontist; and proud father to Michael, a graduate of the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania; and Mackenzie, a student at the Episcopal Academy. The family resides in Bryn Mawr, Pennsylvania.
